Scope of Works Form – We start with our Scope of Works form, allowing clients to share preliminary project details. Completing this form helps us gain insight into your specific needs, goals, and any unique requirements, setting a solid foundation for the initial consultation.
Consultation & Project Planning – After reviewing the Scope of Works form (if provided), we arrange a one-on-one consultation to discuss your vision, define key objectives, and identify challenges. In this phase, we refine the project requirements and outline the technical scope, ensuring we have a shared understanding of the project’s direction and expected outcomes. We may also explore relevant AI methods, tools, and frameworks that align with your goals.
Proposal & Agreement – With a clear understanding of your needs, we develop a detailed proposal outlining the project roadmap, estimated timelines, budget, and scope. This ensures transparency and sets realistic expectations from the outset. Once the proposal is finalised and approved, we establish a formal agreement and begin the development phase.
Development & Testing – Our team of AI developers, data scientists, and engineers then design and build your solution. We use an iterative approach, regularly reviewing progress and aligning with your feedback. Throughout this phase, we conduct rigorous testing and validation to ensure accuracy, reliability, and alignment with the project’s goals.
