Craig Aitken
Founder & Company Director
Craig founded Aideveloper to help Australian organisations put AI into real operations — not demos that sit unused. He has led digital product and software businesses in Queensland since 2003 as Owner & Director of Smarterapps Digital, building cloud and mobile applications for business before focusing Aideveloper on agents, automation and integrations.
Since the team’s first machine learning work in 2017, Craig has steered client relationships, delivery quality and product direction across SME, enterprise and agency work — from hospitality and field ops through to industrial IoT and intelligent products. He has also mentored early-stage founders through Bond University’s Transformer program, helping teams turn AI ideas into scoped, buildable projects.
Based in Fortitude Valley, QLD, he works with organisations nationwide and keeps every engagement scoped, reviewable and production-minded from the first workshop through to support.
Mathew Myers
Senior Project Manager
Mathew is Senior Project Manager at Aideveloper, with a strong role in client relationships and consulting as well as delivery. He co-founded Vision6 in 2001 — the Brisbane email and SMS marketing platform that grew from a two-person startup into a national SaaS business and was acquired by Constant Contact in 2022 — and brings that founder experience to how Aideveloper scopes, advises and ships.
At Aideveloper he works with clients from discovery through architecture, build, integration and handover — keeping scope clear, stakeholders aligned and systems teams can run day to day. His focus is translating business goals into workable technical scope, wiring agents and automation into existing CRMs, ERPs, data and cloud services, and making sure what ships is production-ready — not just demo-ready.
