Our delivery stages — discover to improve

1. Discover
Clarify the job, users, systems and constraints. Often starts as Audit → or a focused discovery inside Scope. Output: ranked opportunities or a single go-forward brief.
2. Design
Shape the solution: automation vs agent vs RAG, UX for humans in the loop, data and permission model, evaluation checks. Output: a design you can estimate and test against.
3. Build
Implement the assistant, agent or workflow with logging, tests and failure handling. Prefer thin vertical slices over big-bang launches. Ties to AI software development →.
4. Integrate
Connect CRM, ERP, documents and APIs so the system runs on real data — with least privilege and clear write rules. See AI integrations →.
5. Improve
Monitor quality, cost and exceptions. Retrain prompts/retrieval, adjust guardrails, expand jobs only when the first slice is stable. Real outcomes also show up in Projects → when approved to publish.
Pitfalls
- Skipping discover and jumping to a model demo.
